The Curbside Story
We started out as a humble late-night food truck serving outside of the bars of Baton Rouge. Eventually, we figured this could become a full time thing and the idea blossomed for a full on burger and beer garden operation in beautiful Mid-City.
2008
Truckin'
Curbside got it's start outside of the bars of LSU in 2008. Known then as "Moochie's Mobile Munchies", we served the late night masses burgers and cheese fries til the last person was fed. Fun times and hard work- wouldn't change it for the world!
2008-2016
Goin' Mobile
Once we got up and rolling, we were on the move. Baton Rouge, New Orleans and anywhere in between. Perfecting the burger that you know and love all over the great state of Louisiana. This wasn't just a temporary period either, you can still find the fleet roaming the streets- from festivals to weddings, if you need us, all you have to do is call.
2008
The Burgerdome
In the Fall of 2016, we finally broke ground on the big brick and mortar- 4158 Government Street in Baton Rouge, LA. Expanded menu, full bar, big back yard with live entertainment and a private area for parties. The Burgerdome Dream had finally come alive! Proudly flipping in Mid-City since 2016.

The Future
We don't know where the road leads next—but we have a few ideas. Maybe we'll be popping up near you soon with Curbside Classics just the way you like 'em. In the meantime, be on the lookout for the fleet or come see us at Curbside Mid-City! Open 7 days a week at 11am sharp. See you soon.
